Wow.. Time for an update.
Just posted my short story based on the Visual Novel Katawa Shoujo. It's an extension story about Emi, one of the "path characters". If you have any questions or comments, please post them and I'll address them if I can.
that said, this was mostly therapy for me as I lost my wife to cancer rather suddenly at the beginning of February. So, the story line may be a bit cliche' but I assure you I walked through much of this. And.. I have a grand daughter that's Ichi's age and is very much like the character I wrote. In fact, some of her dialogue in the story were straight plagiarism! ^_^

So, enjoy the story. It's not perfect. This is my first writing project in over 20 years. I'm a doc writer by occupation so I know how to use Wrod 2010..but not much else.
I'll be drawing some fan art soon and eventually some animation.

Uploaded an image for the first time in forever. "Whipped" is a real small tub of cream cheese.  All I did was remove the store name. I'm working on a gaming logo that I might post. Not sure how many layers it will be, but it looks thus far it's going to be a recored.

Ok.. a couple of years have passed and all i have to show for it here is a couple of photos, a ripped-off wallpaper (which seems to get the most "traffic" oddly) and some old OLD sketches.

so, it's 2010 and I need your help all you oh so few and faithful watchers ... lol.. yeah right...

anyways. I'm lookin for a little help on what to draw. I've been trying to get used to my bamboo pad but I've also tried using Gimp with it. so I'm learning 2 things at once (I use PSP 9 at work all the time) and it's double the frustration. I think I'll just get Corel X2 in a month and call it good.

I need some ideas. Just throw some stuff out like subject and genre etc and I'll take a whack at it. For the time being, I'll pencil and then later maybe I'll take a whack at digi-ink.

Corrected a typo in the Mt. Hood title. duh.  Merry Christmas everyone!  Almost there. Oh, I also install a new skin. .. didn't know I could do that. I'll be working on the card today between laundry and decorating! I don't have our Christmas decorations up yet.

hmm.. looks like I'll need to tweek this skin. Some wierd stuff in the footer. Chibi manga!  ack! XD

PS.. OK.. I don't have a membership.. doing the freeloading thing so I CAN'T install skins.  Makes sense. oh well.

Threw up some picts that I took this past summer. I imagine I'll be putting up more photos them drawings. But I AM working on a Christmas card. I'll post that when it gets done.  Yikes! it's 12! time for bed!
